The Qattery Cats Present: The Mural Raffle Terms & Conditions 

(typed with great difficulty because we do not have thumbs) 

What You Hoomans Can Win 

- A purr-sonally crafted, hand-painted mural on one wall (up to 5m wide x 2.5m high). 

- Our human artist will design it with you, so it suits your home, office, or any other human space you want to make extra lovely. 

- She'll paint it in up to three days — usually two, occasionally one, depending on the design. Don't worry, we won't be on site "helping", but we'll be purring our approval from the café. 

- All the shiny coins raised go straight to keeping us cosy, fed, and adored at The Qattery Café. 

Where We Will Allow Our Artist to Travel 

-Your wall must be within 5 miles of Wolverhampton, because our artist must return to us for cuddles. 

- You must have permission from the human who owns the wall. (We cats do not understand property law, but apparently it matters.) 

- The wall must be safe, accessible, and pre-prepped — clean, smooth, and painted in a single background colour. 

- Outdoor walls are okay if they are weather-safe. Rain makes our artist sad. 

What You Need to Prepare (We Supervise) 

A wall that is: 

- not crumbly 

- not damp 

- not covered in mysterious substances 

- not blocked by furniture, boxes, or sleeping cats 

- background colour applied before painting day. - space for our artist to unload her magical tools. 

Redeeming Your Prize 

- You must book within 3 months and complete within 6 months of the draw. 

- 

- Dates will be arranged based on mutual availability (and our nap schedule). 

- If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to flick our tails in disappointment. 

Design Rules (Because We Are Artists Too) 

- The design will be created with you, but our artist keeps final say to ensure it fits the time frame and her style. 

- No copyrighted characters, no rude things, no political nonsense. 

- Small changes may happen on the day if the wall has surprises. Walls often do. 

Photos & Fame 

- Our artist may take photos and videos of the mural process and finished piece for her portfolio and social media. 

- You may also share photos - tagging is appreciated but not required. We like attention though. 

Ticket Info 

- Tickets are £5 each, or 5 for £20. 

- The prize cannot be exchanged for money, treats, or tuna. 

- Every penny supports the 16+ rescued Qatar cats who now rule The Qattery Café. 

Important Human Stuff 

Our artist is not responsible for: 

- future damage to the mural 

- leaks, scuffs, or unexpected chaos caused by kittens 

If the wall is unsafe, unprepared, or inaccessible on arrival, the artist may: 

- reschedule once, or 

- withdraw the prize if the issue can't be fixed

How do I enter the mural raffle? 

You simply buy a ticket! They're £5 each, or 5 for £20. Every shiny coin helps keep us warm, fed, and adored at The Qattery Café. 

What exactly can I win? 

A bespoke mural painted by our favourite human artist on one wall in your home, office, or other human habitat. Up to 5m wide x 2.5m high, designed with you, and painted in 1-3 days depending on the design. 

Will the cats come to my house? 

Absolutely not. We are far too busy supervising café operations, demanding treats, and judging customers. But we'll be purring our approval from afar. 

Where does the artist travel to? 

Anywhere within 5 miles of Wolverhampton. Any further and she might miss our dinner time, which is unacceptable. 

What does my wall need to be like? 

Your wall must be: 

- clean, smooth, dry, safe, and accessible 

- painted in a single background colour before the mural day 

Basically a good wall. Not a crumbly wall. Not a damp wall. Not a wall covered in mysterious substances. 

Can the mural be outside? 

— 

Yes but only if the wall is weather-safe and sheltered. Rain makes our artist sad, and sad humans paint slower. 

What if I rent my home? 

You must have permission from your landlord. We don't understand landlords, but humans insist they exist. 

What kind of designs are allowed? 

The artist will work with you to create something lovely, but she cannot paint copyrighted characters, offensive or rude things, or political messages. We are a wholesome establishment. Mostly. 

When do I need to use the prize? 

You must book within 3 months and complete the mural within 6 months of the draw date. This gives you time to choose your wall and panic-clean your house. 

What if I need to cancel? 

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the artist may reschedule at her discretion. We will flick our tails in disappointment. 

Can I exchange the prize for money? 

Nope. Not for money, not for treats, not for tuna. 

All proceeds go directly to supporting us - the 16+ rescued Qatar cats who now rule The Qattery Café. 

What if my wall turns out to be unsuitable? 

If the wall is unsafe, unprepared, or inaccessible on the day, the artist may: 

reschedule once, or consider a different wall on the property, or withdraw the prize if the issue can't be fixed. We recommend checking your wall thoroughly. And moving your furniture. And your cats.
